This is a smaller cookie & more thin & chewy- this one is called Carrot cake cookie sandwich filled with cream cheese frosting. These are a 8-9 count sandwiches.
They have raisins- but can be subbed for nuts or have neither. Also, can do vanilla buttercream instead of cream cheese.
