This is one of my favorite cakes-- carrot cake-- plus it's healthy because it has carrots in it-- right? ok maybe not but it is delicious and vey dense-- you can order a 2 layer 8 inch round carrot cake with cream cheese flavored icing stuffed in between the layers or vanilla buttercream-- there are pecans in the batter and mixed in the icing on the cake.
