It is a double 8 inch coconut cake with a new frosting I created (strawberry/lime buttercream- you can just have strawberry too) with crushed & half freeze dried strawberries & toasted coconut on top also sugared lime slices. In the future- this will have regular (not toasted) coconut between the layers as well and toasted on top like this one.
No coloring on this cake- the pureed strawberries made it pastel pink- weighs about 6 lbs.
