One of my favorite desserts. A double 8 inch cake  (or 24 cupcakes) with a home-made coconut pecan frosting filled in the layers and on top. Frosted with a chocolate buttercream icing. Cupcakes will have a border edge of chocolate buttercream withe the pecan/coconut filling in the center.
