This is such a moist cake-the bananas is the source. This can be a 2 layer 8" cake or 24 cupcakes.  It is decorated inside and out with my cream cheese butter cream frosting. It contains pecans in the batter- this cake tends to weigh a lot as most of my cakes do because of the butter cream frosting.
