I am FINALLY, after 2 months, ready to start taking orders for gluten-free loaf bread 🍞
I've tried this making gluten-free bread in loaf pans, bread machines, and pullman pans. Pullman is the best way to get a good- non sinking and decent sandwich gluten-free loaf of bread. I have tried many ways & many recipes- finally figured out one that works & is not so moist inside.
The loaf will be pretty close to 2 lbs- the one in photo is 1.13 lbs.
I use organic avocado oil, which is an anti-inflammatory oil and has great health benefits. It does not taste like avocado! I use raw organic honey to give it that touch of sweetness. If you can't have honey & want maple syrup, I can do that as well! It is not vegan because I use egg whites.
This bread has been tested by a few of my gluten-free customers & I tweeked it according to their feedback & my own. I've even had a couple non gluten-free customers enjoyed it.
It will be packaged in a to go bread bag. Gluten-free bread is good for 3-5 days. Store in an airtight container. If you choose to freeze it then slice it first. You could also make croutons with your bread. Toast it in oven with some olive oil & seasonings like Italian seasoning. Older bread works great with croutons.
