These are the smaller round corner size rolls. Comes as 15-18 count (if baking in the metal tins I've been getting 18). Made with King Arthur GF flour & 1/2  cup of honey inside. I do make a dairy-free version for higher price. I also put melted butter & honey on top when they come out the oven. 
To get the out of oven softness just pop them in the microwave individually or pop the tin (not the plastic cover) in oven on 250° for a couple minutes and it's soft just like they were baked.
