A white cake with cocoa & mint flavor baked in the cake. Mixed in the cake is a little vanilla frosting just to help bind it & crushed Keebler grasshopper cookies (look & taste like thin Mints by Girl Scouts)
Coated with a chocolate candy coating and topped off with chopped cookies
I have  coating- I just choose what fits the cake ball
